Welcome to DFW Safety Restore. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or interacting with our technicians, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of DFW Safety Restore. By using our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site or scheduling any services.

2. Services Provided

DFW Safety Restore provides mobile safety system services including but not limited to:

• ADAS Calibration

• Seat Belt Repair

• Airbag Module Reset

• Safety System Diagnostics

• Steering Column Reset

• Other related services

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our sole discretion based on safety, scheduling, or other operational constraints.

3. Mobile Service Requirements

In order to complete your service successfully, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location details

• Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, level, and safe surface

• Allow reasonable access to the vehicle and workspace

• Ensure the vehicle has a reliable power source and battery

If these conditions are not met at the time of service, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, and service fees may still apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Once a service is scheduled and confirmed, the agreed-upon rate will be honored.

We accept payments via secure platforms such as Stripe, Square, or similar. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay for completed services may result in suspension of future appointments or legal action.

5. No Warranty on Parts or Products

DFW Safety Restore provides a 90-day limited labor guarantee on services performed, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not offer warranty, refunds, or returns on:

• Products or parts sold

• Services provided due to third-party issues

• Failures related to prior damage, misuse, or unrelated mechanical problems

Parts sold or used may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which must be claimed directly through the manufacturer.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

If our technician arrives at your location and cannot perform the service due to inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or no access to the vehicle, a service call fee may still apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

DFW Safety Restore and its technicians are not liable for:

• Pre-existing issues or vehicle damage

• Malfunctions due to unrelated mechanical failures

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events

By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and release DFW Safety Restore from all liability not directly caused by our negligence or error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, videos, and images — is the property of DFW Safety Restore and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

DFW Safety Restore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
