While we strive for precision in diagnostics, calibrations, and repairs, we cannot guarantee the performance of any vehicle’s safety system beyond the scope of the work performed. Many systems rely on interconnected components and may be affected by prior damage, third-party installations, or mechanical issues outside our service area.

We do not warrant that all issues will be resolved by our services, especially in cases where underlying problems exist beyond our control.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DFW Safety Restore, its technicians, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• You waive any right to seek financial or other compensation for any failure or malfunction following service.

• You agree that this waiver applies to all vehicles serviced during the same appointment, even if only one vehicle was listed at the time of booking.
• You agree that this waiver is binding upon you and your successors, assigns, and legal representatives.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DFW Safety Restore, its technicians, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of this disclaimer or any applicable laws or regulations.

DFW Safety Restore shall not be held liable for any malfunction, defect, or failure of a vehicle or its safety systems following service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Future safety system failures
• Software or hardware malfunctions
• Vehicle performance issues
• Accidents, injuries, or deaths caused directly or indirectly after service

Our services are limited to the agreed scope at the time of booking and do not constitute a warranty of future vehicle operation or safety system functionality.

By booking or receiving service, all parties agree that:

• • DFW Safety Restore, its technicians, affiliates, and partners are fully released from any present or future liability.
  • We make no guarantee that a safety system or vehicle will operate as expected after service.
  • No financial, legal, or personal compensation may be claimed against DFW Safety Restore for any reason tied to post-service operation.
  • If a dealership, body shop, collision center, or individual books a service for one vehicle and we are asked to perform services on multiple vehicles during the visit, the same agreement and release of liability shall apply to all vehicles serviced under that appointment, regardless of original booking intent.
