At DFW Safety Restore, we are committed to providing exceptional mobile automotive safety services with transparency and professionalism. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking a service or purchasing a product from us.


🚫 No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our services and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Labor services (calibrations, diagnostics, resets, repairs)

  • Replacement parts (modules, seat belts, sensors, etc.)

  • Products purchased through our technicians or online platforms

Once payment is processed and service is scheduled or delivered, the transaction is considered complete.


🛠️ 90-Day Service Guarantee (Labor Only)

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work. All labor performed by DFW Safety Restore is covered under a 90-day limited service guarantee, which includes:

  • Recalibration errors due to technician oversight

  • Module or system resets that were not properly executed

  • Any rework required as a result of labor-related issues

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Issues caused by new accidents, tampering, or unrelated mechanical failures

  • Faulty parts (OEM or aftermarket) not covered under a manufacturer’s warranty

  • Services performed outside of the agreed scope of work


🔧 Parts Disclaimer

Parts used or installed by DFW Safety Restore are not covered by our labor guarantee and are not eligible for return or exchange. If a part is defective, customers may be advised to contact the manufacturer directly.
