Hill Descent Control Calibration – Precision On-Site Across DFW
We restore your vehicle’s hill descent safety system after suspension work, collisions, or module replacement — without towing or dealer delays.
What Is Hill Descent Control and Why It Needs Calibration?
Hill Descent Control (HDC) automatically applies brake force to keep your vehicle safe on steep slopes without driver input. It uses a blend of ABS sensors, yaw rate sensors, and throttle control.
After collision damage, suspension modifications, alignment, or module replacement, your HDC system may require recalibration to function correctly and prevent hazardous descent failures.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is DFW Safety Restore and what services do you provide?
DFW Safety Restore is a mobile vehicle safety system repair company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We specialize in seat belt repair, airbag module reset, ADAS calibration, pretensioner repair, and more — all performed on-site by professional technicians.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the service. Seat belt repairs start around $99, airbag module resets around $79, and ADAS calibrations typically range from $150–$500 depending on how many clibrations and programing we have to do. We will provide you with a full estimate right after we inspect the vehicle and determine the necessary repairs. There is a $75 fee that is charged at the moment of the booking. That $75 fee will be voided with the purchase of any of our services.
What is an airbag module reset and why do I need it?
After a collision, your airbag control module stores crash data and disables the system. A reset clears this data and restores the airbag system to OEM specs — often saving you hundreds over full replacement.
How do I book a service?
Use our step-by-step online booking form. It only takes 60 seconds to schedule your service, select your location, and complete payment.
